1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Items that are damaged or altered after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards
Sale items or items purchased with a discount
Customized or personalized products
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please follow these steps:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at info@awanwoodworks.com with details of the defect, and we will provide further instructions.
6. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
If you are returning an item over a certain value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled if they have not yet been processed and shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@awanwoodworks.com. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
